Welcome to Love Written. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Love Written website and service located at https://lovewritten.ca, operated by ("we," "us," or "our").

By using Love Written, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The Service

Love Written allows you to write a digital letter and schedule it to be delivered by email to a recipient of your choosing at a date and time you select. The service includes:

• Writing a digital letter
• Scheduling a delivery date and time
• Email delivery to your specified recipient

No account creation is required to use the service.

2. Payment & Pricing

• Letters are paid for at the time of creation through Stripe, our third-party payment processor.
• Prices are displayed before checkout and are charged in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
• Payment must be completed before a letter is scheduled for delivery.
• We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect letters already purchased and scheduled.

3. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Once a letter has been scheduled, no refunds will be issued.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:

• You have reviewed your letter content, recipient email, and delivery date before submitting
• You understand that scheduled letters cannot be refunded

If you believe there was a technical error with your payment (e.g., duplicate charge), contact us at lovewritten1@gmail.com and we will investigate.

4. Letter Delivery

• We will make reasonable efforts to deliver your letter at the scheduled date and time.
• Delivery depends on third-party email infrastructure. We do not guarantee exact delivery timing or that the email will reach the recipient's inbox (emails may be filtered by spam or junk filters beyond our control).
• We are not responsible for incorrect recipient email addresses provided by you. It is your responsibility to verify the email address before scheduling.

5. Acceptable Use

By using Love Written, you agree that your letters will not contain:

• Threats, harassment, bullying, or intimidation
• Hate speech or content promoting discrimination
• Sexually explicit or obscene material
• Spam, phishing, or fraudulent content
• Content that violates any applicable law
• Malware, links to malicious websites, or any harmful code
• Impersonation of another person or entity

6. Recipient Consent

By submitting a recipient's email address, you represent that:

• You personally know the recipient
• You have a reasonable basis to believe the recipient would welcome receiving a letter from you
• You are not using the service to contact someone who has asked you not to contact them

Recipients may contact us at lovewritten1@gmail.com to opt out of receiving future letters and to request removal of their email address from our system.

7. Intellectual Property

• Your content: You retain ownership of the letter content you create. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your letter solely for the purpose of delivering it.
• Our content: The Love Written name, logo, website design, and all associated branding are the property of Viral Tech Inc. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our branding without written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Love Written is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• That the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• That emails will be delivered to the recipient's inbox at the exact scheduled time

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Viral Tech Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service, including but not limited to:

• Letters that fail to deliver or are delayed
• Incorrect recipient email addresses
• Emotional distress resulting from letter content
• Unauthorized access to your data due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific letter in question.

10. Promo Codes & Discounts

• Promo codes are valid for a limited time and may be subject to additional conditions.
• Promo codes cannot be combined, resold, or redeemed for cash.
• We reserve the right to cancel or modify promotional offers at any time.

11. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Love Written (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

For letters already scheduled and paid for, we will make reasonable efforts to complete delivery even if the service is being discontinued.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of Love Written after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
