If you realize you've entered an incorrect recipient email address, please contact us immediately at lovewritten1@gmail.com. If the letter hasn't been delivered yet, we may be able to update the recipient information for you.

We use high-reputation email delivery services to ensure maximum inbox delivery. However, because email filters vary, there is always a small chance an email could be filtered. All sales are final. Because our service provides immediate value through scheduling and infrastructure allocation, we do not offer refunds once a letter has been purchased. If you experience a technical failure, please contact us for investigation.
