How does the recipient receive the letter?

Your recipient will receive a beautiful, high-quality email notification at the exact date and time you specified. The email contains a link to a personalized, interactive letter-opening experience where they can read your message and view any attached images.

Can I edit my letter after scheduling it?

Currently, letters cannot be edited once they have been scheduled and paid for. This ensures the integrity and security of the delivery. We recommend reviewing your letter content carefully during the preview step before completing your purchase.

What if I entered the wrong email address?

If you realize you've entered an incorrect recipient email address, please contact us immediately at lovewritten1@gmail.com. If the letter hasn't been delivered yet, we may be able to update the recipient information for you.

Will the letter go to spam?

We use high-reputation email delivery services to ensure maximum inbox delivery. However, because email filters vary, there is always a small chance an email could be filtered. We suggest checking with your recipient if they haven't mentioned receiving it, or having them check their 'Promotions' or 'Spam' folders.

Can I cancel a scheduled letter?

Since letters are often scheduled for immediate or near-future delivery and involve one-time processing fees, cancellations are generally not supported. However, if you have a special circumstance, please reach out to us.

What is your refund policy?

All sales are final. Because our service provides immediate value through scheduling and infrastructure allocation, we do not offer refunds once a letter has been purchased. If you experience a technical failure, please contact us for investigation.
